Legal Assistant: Beanca
Beanca is a Legal Assistant and her work is critical to the smooth functioning of our office.
Beanca holds an Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies from Union County College and is currently attending Rutgers University where she is studying for her BA in Public and Non-Profit Administration. She is fluent in Creole.
When a client calls or comes in for an appointment their first experience with our law firm is with Beanca. Staff interaction with potential and current clients is the key to success at any firm. A person with any inquiry is entitled to be heard with respect. Beanca knows how important it is to communicate well and listen to your concerns. Along with our paralegal, Melissa, she is responsible for scheduling all matters; including depositions, client appointments, court appearances, conferences, briefing schedules as well as conducting initial investigations on all cases and making sure the files are in order. Beanca obtains medical records, government records such as police, school, and all public records and insurance information. She will make sure your pleadings and legal documents are filed and served. Beanca enjoys learning about the cases and often provides the attorney with insights which are helpful to proper preparation and understanding of your case.
